1. How does it work?
We provide you a thread with mobile proxies for 4/8/24 hours, to which you connect through our servers. On streams, IP addresses change periodically to ensure uninterrupted connection.
2. Why did the IP address change and geolocation does not match the one originally purchased?
Since these are socks raised on mobile devices, they go offline more often than usual, and if the mobile device connects to the WiFi network, its IP address changes. When the mobile device becomes unavailable, the current sock is considered dead and we replace it with the most suitable one. If there are no free socks available with similar geolocation data, then the most suitable one will be selected by city, state or provider.
3. How often do ip change?
IP addresses on the stream can change quite often, the change can occur in 10 minutes, or once an hour, but when changing, we try to replace the IP address with a most suitable to match the geolocation and provider.
4. Are these socks refundable?
Refund is possible only if at the time of the purchase the geo of the socks is different from the purchased one. If you want a refund for it, please contact us via tickets, preferably with screenshots. Please note that we use the maxmind paid geolocation database, other public services' geodata may differ. In all other cases, LTE socks can not be refunded.
